Super Duper Tutu, Cape, & Mask Sets are an AMAZING 3-pc Super Sets! These designs could be superhero or rock star outfits! Waistbands are fabric wrapped for a nice finish & comfort (no scratching here). The emblems on the back of the capes are embroidered around the edges for a nice finish. The copper & teal cape has a large glitter star on the back of the cape, which is lined for a complete elegant finish.
